Isaiah Deroche was shot multiple times by two known assailants while walking along Pomegranate Drive in Santa Rosa Heights. The victim sustained serious injuries to his abdomen and leg and was transported to the Arima General Hospital in critical condition, while police recovered several spent shells and live rounds from the scene.
