A maxi-taxi driver was the victim of an armed robbery and physical assault along the Bus Route in Mt. Hope. A fake passenger gun-butted the driver, causing a laceration to the head, before committing the robbery and escaping in a separate maxi-taxi along the Eastern Main Road.
