A woman reported that her boyfriend stole her white Nissan March vehicle, $1,000 cash, a cellphone, and a debit card from their residence in Belmont around 7 a.m. on Wednesday following a verbal argument. Later that day, the perpetrator used the stolen debit card to withdraw an additional $5,000 from her bank account.
