A 34-year-old contractor reported a burglary at a newly constructed dwelling on Shirvan Road, Grafton, after discovering that over $50,000 worth of power tools had been stolen. The contractor secured the site on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, and upon returning the next morning, found a window tampered with and numerous high-value tools missing, including a Dewalt impact drill, Makita mitre saw, and multiple battery sets.
