Carlos Carabon was seated inside the scale house at Naparima Mayaro Road, Rio Claro, around 2:30 p.m. when he was approached by a male acquaintance identified as Randy Oudai. During the encounter, the suspect used a glass bottle to deal several blows to Carabon's body, causing various injuries. Following the physical attack, the assailant fled the scene on foot. The victim notified the police, leading to the apprehension of the suspect in connection with the violent assault.
