The male victim (age not specified) was socializing, speaking with a woman and drinking a beer, when he was targeted. Video footage shows two men observing the victim, pretending to enquire about a nearby location, before one suspect walked up and forcibly snatched the gold chain from the victim's neck. The suspects then fled in the direction they arrived from.
