Police are investigating a daylight robbery that occurred around 3:07 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025, in St. James. A 47-year-old man was pumping gas into a white Nissan Caravan company vehicle at Peake’s One Stop when he was approached from behind by two suspects. One suspect pointed an object at the victim's waist while the other entered the vehicle and stole $40,000 in cash, representing the company's day's sales. The suspects then fled the scene.
