A 45-year-old driver was kidnapped and robbed at knifepoint after being lured to Barataria under the guise of a vehicle viewing for a Nissan NP300 van advertised on Marketplace. The victim was initially directed to Sixth Avenue near the Community Centre before being rerouted to Sparrow Avenue where the attack occurred.
