A 33-year-old Gasparillo resident, Kreston Phillips, was fatally shot in a drive-by attack on Manohar Street, Marabella, around 8 a.m. on Monday morning. Phillips was found bleeding from multiple gunshot wounds and was rushed to the San Fernando General Hospital, where he died while receiving treatment. Detectives from the Homicide Bureau are investigating the motive for the killing, and no arrests have been made.
