A man and his friends narrowly escaped injury after a gunman opened fire on them at Gookool Street, Diego Martin. Around 11:30 p.m., a heavily tinted Nissan AD Wagon pulled up near the group, and a suspect emerged, ordering one of the men not to move. The group immediately fled in different directions as the suspect discharged several rounds at them. While no injuries were reported, Crime Scene Investigators recovered six spent 9mm shell casings at the scene. West End Police are currently investigating the motive behind the attack.
