A male individual stole a mobile phone from a victim during a transaction for three Broadway cigarettes on Monday morning. The incident occurred at Legends Bar when the victim attempted to call the suspect back to provide the final cigarette of the purchase. The suspect fled with the device, and the victim has indicated that the incident was captured on security footage. The police have been notified of the theft and provided with the relevant video evidence for the investigation.
