Officers of the I.A.T.F. seized an AR-15 assault rifle loaded with five rounds of ammunition during a patrol at Pelican Extension in Morvant. The recovery occurred early New Year's Day after a suspect dropped the weapon and fled into nearby bushes to evade police.
