33-year-old Elijah Williams was fatally shot while preparing to bathe at a riverbank near his home on Cizan Trace. Two gunmen emerged from the river and opened fire, hitting Williams multiple times before fleeing via a waiting silver AD wagon. Williams collapsed and died in bushes behind his house; police recovered eight 9 mm shells at the scene.
