Luke Rampersad was kidnapped from his Dow Village home around 8 p.m. after two armed men forced entry by kicking open the front door. The assailants, one armed with a long metal pipe, dragged the victim outside and forced him into a waiting vehicle. The vehicle then sped north along Seventh Street.
