The decomposing body of 23-year-old Ronald Ramlogan, who was reported missing from St. Mary’s, Moruga on January 2nd, was discovered at the Heights of Guanapo. Ramlogan was last seen in a vehicle with a relative of a deceased individual heading toward Moruga; however, the driver claimed to have dropped him in Princes Town. Homicide detectives believe he was murdered elsewhere and his body dumped in Arima.
