Marcus Noel, a 42-year-old resident of San Juan, succumbed to his injuries on Saturday, January 11, 2025, while warded at the Mt. Hope Hospital. The victim had been hospitalized since December 29, 2024, after he was severely beaten and stabbed at his home. The violent altercation reportedly began when Noel refused to attend a bus ride hosted by one of the suspects. Police have since upgraded the investigation following his death.
