Video footage captured a man committing theft at the Hang Fai Chinese Supermarket. The suspect was seen placing other items at the register and then requesting cigarettes from behind the counter. The thief then walked out, failing to return to pay, making off with the cigarettes, a bottle of Puncheon rum, and a Sting energy drink.
