The Bunsee Trace Community Centre in Penal was targeted by thieves who stole a 1000-gallon water tank and a Gould water pump from the rear of the premises. The 66-year-old president of the centre discovered the theft on Thursday morning, noting that PVC fittings had been cut to remove the equipment. While the exterior fixtures were taken, the interior of the building remained secure and undisturbed.
