Two men and one woman fell victim to a coordinated robbery after traveling to Lady Young Road, Morvant, to purchase a Nissan Tiida advertised on Facebook Marketplace. Around 1:00 p.m., while the group waited for the supposed seller, they were accosted by two armed men who demanded cash. Despite one victim denying they had money, the suspects searched the vehicle and discovered $31,500 TT hidden inside. The bandits also stole a pair of glasses and a bank card from the female victim before fleeing the scene on foot.
