Police officers from the Special Response Unit arrested two men on Wednesday night after intercepting a silver Toyota Voxy along South Central Road. A search of the vehicle revealed 50 packages of compressed marijuana weighing approximately 26.5 kilograms. The suspects, residents of Cedros and Chatham, were taken into custody following the intelligence-led operation in the Point Fortin area.
