A man was the victim of a theft around 7:10 a.m. in the Port of Spain area. The owner had parked his white Y12 Mazda AD Wagon (HDG 1093) on the Beetham Highway to visit the Central Market; upon his return 20 minutes later, the vehicle had been stolen.
