A violent robbery and assault occurred at 40 Bar in Arima, Northern Division, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025. Video footage shows a woman walking outside to use her phone when she was followed by a male suspect. The man attacked her, pushing her to the ground and forcing her back inside the establishment where the assault continued. Despite the presence of bystanders who did not intervene, the suspect completed the robbery and fled through the front door of the bar.
