Chezere Ramdass, also known as Chezzy, was killed during a violent attack inside her apartment at Orchid Gardens in Pleasantville. Shortly before 4 p.m., a gunman opened fire on the 39-year-old woman while she was conducting sales from a minimart she operated out of her home. Ramdass was struck by a hail of bullets and succumbed to her injuries at the scene before medical assistance could arrive. Police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the targeted shooting at Building C.
