Around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday, a black Nissan Tiida, registration number PCT 7111, was stolen from a property in the vicinity of the Amalgamated Security office in Montrose, Chaguanas. The victim's wallet was inside the vehicle at the time of the theft, which contained his bank cards and personal effects. Shortly after the vehicle was taken, an unauthorized attempt was made to use the owner's bank card at a Tru Valu Supermarket located in San Juan. Local authorities have been notified of the theft and the subsequent fraudulent activity.
