A senior citizen was ambushed at her doorstep shortly after withdrawing a large sum of cash from a bank in La Romain. As she exited her vehicle at her San Fernando residence, a suspect from a silver Toyota Axio approached her, pressed an object against her back, and announced a robbery. During a struggle, the assailant choked the woman and pushed her to the ground before fleeing with $60,000 intended for a vehicle purchase.
