54-year-old Victor Richards was shot in the ankle while standing outside Station 22 Bar at Los Charos Junction. Two masked men armed with firearms approached the victim, who was struck by gunfire while attempting to flee the scene. Police recovered a shotgun cartridge at the location, and the victim was transported for medical treatment.
