Surveillance footage shows a man approaching the vendor and purchasing a bottle of water before suddenly snatching her gold neck chain and fleeing on foot. The perpetrator utilized the transaction as a distraction to get within close range of the victim. Investigations are currently underway to identify the suspect using the provided video evidence.
