A father and son were left with stab wounds following a violent robbery at their combined home and business on Corinth Road, San Fernando. Around 3:30 p.m., the 59-year-old man and his 29-year-old son were working on a customer's vehicle when three armed men entered the premises. The assailants first robbed the customer of cash and a cellphone before moving into the residence. There, they stole TT$9,000, US$500, jewelry, and several mobile phones. During the intrusion, one of the suspects grabbed a knife from the kitchen and attacked both the father and son. The trio then made their escape in a blue Toyota Aqua. Both victims were transported to the hospital for treatment.
