A man critically wounded in a drive-by shooting in the Couva area on November 20 has tragically succumbed to his injuries, elevating the incident to a homicide. The victim, 45-year-old Vishram Polay, was seated outside a bar when two armed occupants of a silver Nissan Tiida (PDS-1732) opened fire. Polay was rushed to the hospital but died on Thursday, December 4.
