39-year-old Dennison Jack was shot in the neck while sitting in his parked vehicle with a companion on Industrial Road. A gunman approached the car and ordered the occupants to exit, but Jack locked the doors and refused to comply. The suspect fired a single shot through the window before fleeing the scene on foot.
