MTS groundsman Jamal Arthur, 37, was shot and killed by a masked gunman while liming with friends in Cashew Gardens late Sunday night. His body was discovered the following morning on the compound of the National Reforestation and Watershed Rehabilitation Programme. Police are investigating the motive for the attack.
