A 53-year-old scrap dealer in Mason Hall, Tobago, was severely chopped about the body after two neighbours stormed his home following an argument on December 23. The assailants robbed the victim of $1,200 in cash and $2,000 worth of jewellery before fleeing the scene. The victim was treated at the Scarborough General Hospital and later discharged.
